Before Syncity, I spent over a decade in digital transformation, helping ambitious organisations turn messy ideas into real outcomes.
From rebuilding public services in Peterborough that earned a headline in Forbes and an AWS City on a Cloud award, to working with tech teams, CEOs, and governments across the UK, US, and Europe - I've always been obsessed with using data, structure, and rhythm to make complex things simple.
I even wrote a book about it - Be the Five - which became the strategic framework underlying everything Syncity AI does. The five D's (Discuss, Discover, Decide, Design, Deliver) aren't just theory to me - they're how I've built my own businesses and helped organisations find clarity in chaos.
I didn't build Syncity AI as a coach or consultant. I built it as a fellow founder who's been in the room when the plans are vague, the metrics don't align, and the team's buried in operational firefighting. This platform is those five D's working automatically in the background, so you get strategic clarity without the strategic overhead. I built Syncity AI because I needed a system that let me lead without carrying everything myself.

There are no hard usage caps, but the platform operates under a fair use policy. This allows us to keep the system fast, reliable, and valuable for everyone.
In practice, most founders run Scouts a few times a week. That’s deliberate. Running them constantly creates noise, not clarity.
If usage becomes excessive, we may gently throttle activity or reach out to understand what you’re trying to achieve and help you get better results.
